Offers / agreements

All offers from homebreeze.shop are without obligation and homebreeze.shop expressly reserves the right to change prices, especially when this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations.
An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by homebreeze.shop. homebreeze.shop is entitled to refuse orders or to attach special conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, homebreeze.shop will communicate this within five (5) working days after receipt of the order.

Prices

The prices quoted are for the products offered and are in euros per item, excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs.
For orders from € 75 excluding VAT, the shipping costs are free.
Shipping costs for orders under € 75 excluding VAT amount to € 6.15 excluding VAT.

Payment

After an order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with an overview of your ordered items and the total costs, including shipping costs.
An order is only delivered after payment.
You can pay in the following ways: via iDEAL or prepayment.
Payment must be made in full within five (5) working days after the order date, after which the order will be shipped. During this period Homebreeze.shop reserves the ordered items for you. If you are in default with any payment, Homebreeze.shop is entitled to suspend or dissolve (the implementation of) the relevant agreement and related agreements.
Payment must be made without discount.

Delivery

Delivery by Homebreeze.shop takes place within two (2) working days after ordering, unless otherwise indicated by Homebreeze.shop.
Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle you to compensation.
All deliveries / articles are offered to PostNL or equivalent parcel service
These normally deliver within 2 working days within the Netherlands.
Delivery takes place when the product is received by (or on behalf of) you.

Retention of title

The ownership of the delivered products is only transferred if you have paid all that you owe to Homebreeze.shop on the basis of any agreement. The risk of the products does not pass to you until the moment of delivery.

Complaints and liability

If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, Homebreeze.shop has the choice to replace the products in question by returning them with new products or to refund the invoice price plus paid shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted if:
you have not followed the prescribed instructions for use of the article.
- the item is damaged.
- any packaging of the product is damaged.
- the item does not suit your taste.

Refund after return shipment

By Homebreeze.shop regarding any payment already received, a refund will be made within seven (7) days after the day the goods are received.

Warranty

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the Dutch statutory warranty provisions apply

Orders / communication

For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between you and Homebreeze.shop, or between Homebreeze.shop and third parties, insofar as it relates to the relationship between you and Homebreeze.shop, Homebreeze.shop is not liable, unless and insofar as there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Homebreeze.shop.

Force majeure

In case of force majeure, Homebreeze.shop has the right, at its option, to suspend the execution of your order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying you in writing and without Homebreeze.shop is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to the standards of reasonableness and fairness.
Force majeure is understood to mean any shortcoming that cannot be attributed to Homebreeze.shop, because it is not attributable to its fault and cannot be attributed to it by law or legal act.

Miscellaneous

If you provide Homebreeze.shop in writing with an address, Homebreeze.shop is entitled to send all orders to that address, unless you notify Homebreeze.shop in writing of another address to which your orders should be sent.
When Homebreeze.shop permits deviations from these Conditions, whether tacitly or otherwise, for a short or longer period of time, this does not affect its right to demand immediate and strict compliance with these Conditions.
You can never assert any right based on the fact that Homebreeze.shop applies these Terms and Conditions smoothly.
If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with Homebreeze.shop should be in conflict with any applicable legal provision, the relevant provision will lapse and will be replaced by one to be determined by Homebreeze.shop. new legally permissible comparable provision.
Homebreeze.shop is authorized to make use of third parties in the execution of your order (s).
