If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days.

Please let us know by email (info@homebreeze.shop). This only applies to products that do not have any signs of use/damage, and the product must be returned in its original packaging.

The shipping costs for returning items are entirely for the customer.

Items with signs of use, scratches or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Any damage that occurs during the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the return shipment with a track and trace code, because if it gets lost on the way, we cannot take any responsibility.
